· You need a theme. Topics are in the framework of the article you are writing and the links you want to publish. Do not post on sites and blogs that are not related in any way to your topic. For example, it is not advisable to publish on a site on Windows and the like if you have a blog about how to make money online or SEO promotion. Some people think these are related topics (well, it seems like this and that about IT, sort of), but these are completely different topics and a completely different audience.
